l-am "ochit" de mai demult printre paginile revistelor mele...
si tot nu gaseam timp sa-l fac...ba n-aveam timp....ba imi
lipseau smochinele proaspete....in sfarsit l-am facut ca n-am
mai rezistat...si bine am facut...pt ca gustul

Dovevo prepararla per forza questa torta...è così squisita
che non trovo più parole per esprimermi l'incantazione...
Ingrediente blat / Ingredienti pasta frolla
300g faina / 300g di farina
75g amidon de cartofi / 75g fecola di patate
1 lingurita praf de copt / 1 cucchiaino polvere lievitante
150g zahar / 150g di zucchero
1 pliculet zahar vanilat / 1 bustina di zucchero vanigliato
150g unt / 150g di burro
Ingredienti crema / Ingredienti per la crema
420g smochine proaspete / 420g di fichi freschi
5 linguri de prosecco / 5 cucchiai di prosecco
4 oua / 4 uova
75g zahar / 75g di zucchero
2 plicuri budinca de vanilie / 2 bustine budino di vaniglia
500ml prosecco+200ml apa minerala / 500ml di prosecco+200ml acqua
500g ricotta / 500g di ricotta
Procediment blat / Procedimento per la pasta frolla
Se amesteca faina, amidonul, praful de copt, cele doua tipuri de zahar si untul
Si mescola la farina, la fecola, il lievito, i due tipi di zucchero ed il burro
Se obtine o pasta ce nu trebuie lucrata mult, doar foarte putin cu
varfurile degetelor
Se intinde pasta intr-o tava unsa cu unt
L'impasto risultato si stende in una teglia già imburrata

Si aggiungono i dadi di fichi al composto e si stende sopra la pasta
Intr-un castron se mixeaza ouale cu zaharul pana la stadiul de crema
spumoasa
Si montano le uova con lo zucchero fino al punto di ottenere un composto gonfio e vellutato
Se prepara al doilea plic de budinca cu restul de prosecco si se adauga
cremei de oua
Si prepara la seconda bustina di budino con il restante prosecco e l'acqua minerale e
si aggiunge alla crema di uova

din nou la cuptor tot la 180°C dar timp de 25-35minute
Odata copt se lasa la racit
Il composto ottenuto si versa sopra i fichi e si inforna a 180°C per 25-35 minuti...una volta cotto il dolce si sforna e si lascia a raffreddarsi sulla gratella
